In 2007, he co-founded the UK’s first online-only business media website and app, www.TheBusinessDesk.com after raising a total of £1m of private equity funding. During his 7 years leading the technical side of the online publishing venture, Paul gained unique insights into how PR, digital publishing and SEO can be optimised to generate sales, a core aspect of Appeal’s strategic offering.

A digital marketing professional with 15 years’ experience within the marketing industry specialising in B2B and ecommerce. Originally starting his career as a PR account manager at Appeal in Yorkshire, Jamie specialised in digital media and evolved into a multi-faceted member of the Appeal team. Jamie works from his Devon base to deliver search-focused and lead generation integrated PR campaigns alongside his Yorkshire colleagues. Skilled (and award-winning) in website design and development, as well as account management and strategic input, Jamie brings a valuable technical search perspective to Appeal campaigns.
